1. Acceptance of Terms

The RV Leveling Block Calculator ("the Service") is a free, browser-based calculator published by S'more's Outdoors ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service helps you estimate how many leveling blocks to place under each tire of a four-wheeled RV, camper van, motorhome, or truck camper, based on wheelbase, track width, block height, and the tilt you enter. It includes an optional vehicle lookup that pre-fills wheelbase and track width for certain year/make/model/configuration combinations from a cache we maintain.

The Service requires no account, no signup, and no payment. All calculations happen in your browser.

3. Estimates Only — No Warranty of Accuracy

Every number the Service produces — whether from the vehicle lookup cache or from your own manual entries — is an estimate. The vehicle lookup cache is seeded from publicly available manufacturer specifications, is not independently verified against every trim, option package, suspension modification, or aftermarket change, and may be incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying your rig's actual wheelbase, track width, and safe operating limits (including any leveling-block manufacturer's stated weight rating and maximum stack height) before acting on any output of this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service to submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt it; (b) scrape or bulk-extract the vehicle cache for redistribution as a competing dataset without permission; or (c) misrepresent Service output as a certified or professionally engineered measurement.

5. Third-Party Links, Advertising & Affiliate Links

The Service may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) to third-party products such as leveling blocks, wheel chocks, and bubble levels. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, pricing, or content of third-party sites you reach through these links.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and the "RV Leveling Block Calculator" and "S'more's Outdoors" names are owned by S'more's Outdoors. Vehicle make and model names referenced in the vehicle lookup cache are trademarks of their respective manufacturers; their use here is solely to identify compatible vehicles and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY VEHICLE DATA OR CALCULATION WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S'MORE'S OUTDOORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED BY A VEHICLE ROLLING, TIPPING, OR SHIFTING WHILE BEING LEVELED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $0, AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S'more's Outdoors operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
